Mrs. Dorothy N. Wataba – Chairperson
Dorothy is married to Mr. Godfrey Wataba and together they have 3 children; Diza Geona Wataba (8), Dodavah Gemariah Wataba (6) and Dael Godfrey Jr Wataba (3).
Dorothy has worked with Watoto Church since 2006.

Dorothy has a Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management, Kyambogo University (2006) and a post-graduate diploma in Theology, Pan African Christian University (2017).
Mrs. Allen Kajjubi – Treasurer
Mrs. Allen Kajjubi is an Associate Pastor, King Jesus Church, Kampala. She is marred to Pastor Raphael Kajjubi and together they have four children.
Mrs. Vicky Ebong – Member
Mrs. Vicky Ebong is a private Counseling Psychologist, Kampala. She is marred to Rev. Canon Johnson Ebong, the former Chaplain St. Francis Chapel Makerere University.
Mr. Moses Ndugwa – Member
Mr. Moses Ndugwa holds Diploma in Accounting and in Theology. He serves with The Navigators of Uganda, coordinating Church discipleship ministry in Kampala. Mr. Ndugwa, still single, was born and grew up in Mubende district, Central Uganda, and lives in Kampala. He’s the 2nd born of 8 children born to Mr. & Mrs. Serunjogi, both retired Civil Servants.
Mr. Ndugwa has worked with the Judiciary at the High Court as Clerk (2000-2002), Shell Uganda as Retail Business Manager (2003-2005), Safe Way Group of Companies as Business Department Manager (2005-2007), Enroute Tours and Travel as Administrator/Marketing Assistant (2007-2008), All Saints Cathedral Kampala as Home-cell and Pastoral Care Ministry Coordinator (2011-2015, and The Navigators as Church Discipleship Ministry Coordinator for Kampala district (2016 to-date).
Mr. Emmanuel Manishimwe – Ex-Official/SecretaryE
Emmanuel Manishimwe is a family oriented writer and a social worker serving with Hope Community Action Africa as Team Leader. He’s married to Charity Manishimwe and God has blessed them with three God-fearing sons; Favor, Danny and Jeremiah.
Emmanuel holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies, Kampala International University, Uganda.
Emmanuel has worked with the Diocese of Muhabura as Children’s Ministry Field Worker from 1998 to 2002, Diocesan Youth Coordinator in 2002, Christian Sports Contact National Coordinator from 2003 – 2007, King’s Sports Ministry National Director from 2008 to 2012, Every Generation Ministries East Africa Coordinator from 2013 – June 2019.
